Why Priority Search?

 Priority Search offers you a number of advantages: 

• Team Approach - Direct Recruit  -  We put together a team of MRI-trained professional recruiters designed specifically for your project.  We direct recruit candidates specifically for your search – we don’t just throw resumes at you.
• Guaranteed search time - or your deposit back.  If we are unable to provide at least two candidates that you interview within the agreed upon search time, we fully refund your deposit. 
• Shorter search time - We are committed to meeting our search deadline, so the team assigned to your search works exclusively on your project until complete.
• Longer guarantee period  - From 30 to 90 days.
• Candidate exclusivity -  Candidates will not be presented for other opportunities unless you release them.
• Confidentiality guaranteed - your project be protected with full confidentiality.  Some searches require "special handling" - like when you are replacing an existing employee.
• Single Point of View -  With contingency search, who knows how many different stories will be told about your vacancy? You control how the job is described to potential candidates without the danger of over-exaggeration or inaccurate information about the position or your company.
• Free video conferencing  -  If you want to pre-screen candidates, we make available MRI’s network of video conferencing allowing you to connect multiple sites or to save travel expenses until you have your final candidates.
• Candidates willing to say "yes" - We pre-screen and pre-qualify all candidates to assure that you receive only those resumes of candidates who are qualified, are within your price range and are willing to make a change for the right opportunity.  In other words, we send you only those candidates we can DELIVER if the opportunity’s right for them.
• Add prestige to your search -  If you want to attract only the best candidates, it’s important to them that the search is a "priority."  A-level candidates are attracted to A-level companies.

 How can you take advantage of Priority Search?

 In a nutshell, Priority Search requires a fully refundable deposit of 1/3 of the estimated fee.   Our standard fees are 30% of the candidate’s base salary upon hire.

 For example:

 Estimated base salary                                    $60,000
Contingency  fee (30% of base)                      $18,000            
Refundable deposit (1/3 of fee)                      $  6,000

 The deposit will be held in a trust account until we either fulfill the terms of our contract by the search deadline, or we return the money  if we do not (if you so desire).

 Qualified candidates will be determined initially by:  

• Your providing a written job description
• Our providing a written “white paper” that acknowledges the qualifications you are looking for and other nuances on your “perfect” candidate wish list.
• Your approving the "white paper".
• Our providing at least two “qualified” candidates (hopefully more).
• Your interviewing at least two candidates, whether by telephone, videoconference or face to face.   (Or your actually hiring a candidate provided by me – if only one candidate is provided.)

 Yosemite Partners  -  Priority Search projects will be handled by the Yosemite Partners division of MRI-Fresno.  A portion of the proceeds from EVERY search will be donated to the Yosemite Fund and/or the Yosemite Association  two non-profit organizations dedicated to programs and projects at one of the world’s most magnificent natural wonders.
