Our Senior Managing Partner, CEO , Mr. R.L.Johnson, opened this branch office in 1978. He had spent many years with in the marketing/sales departments of two major pharmaceutical firms, Parke-Davis &Co., and Eli Lilly & Co., before joining MRI. Mr. Johnson prides himself on developing long term relations with many of the major Fortune 500 firms in the US.
He has invested heavily in the latest training to keep his staff up to date. Their offices are equipped with Videoconferencing units and the latest computers.
Searches are generally handled by a team of recruiters who might specialize in one field. This way the clients received the broadest coverage possible. Many times they will network the positions with the 850 other MRI offices.
This branch office of MRI is prepared the handled all local, national, and international career searches.
Fresno is located in the heart of California. It is the richest agriculture county in the U.S. It is within a short drive from either the ocean or Yosemite National Park.

Our staff consists of 10 full time account managers, 4 project coordinators and 2 admin assistants.
Our office has been a perennial leader and innovator in the MRI family of 700 franchises. Honored in 1990 as OFFICE OF THE YEAR for its staff size and billings. Ron Johnson personally specializes in several areas of sales and sales management. Ron manages the office staff of experience recruiters and plans for future growth of the office. Presently MRI -Fresno is expanding the office sq.ft. to 4600. Ron looks forward to adding key personnel to the offices established specialties. He also has been voted Pacific Region Representative for the term 1997-2000. This allows him constant access to the latest changes at MRI. Ron loves to work as a team with many of the other top franchises within the MRI system.
