1. Retained Search is a full service option that offers a dedicated project team assigned to your search until completion. Retained Search is utilized at all levels when the need is of a critical nature. A replacement guarantee is 90 days. All recruited candidates are exclusively for the client. Terms and conditions of retained search are:

• Exclusive 15 Step Search Process
• 1/3 due upon signing contract
• 1/3 due upon presentation of short list of candidates
• 1/3 due 30 days after candidate presentation
• Service charge is 30% of the estimated first year's compensation - base salary, bonuses and commissions included
• Free personality profiling
• Free compensation survey
• Free video teleconferencing (for interviewing)

2. Priority Search is best utilized for positions which must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. A project coordinator is assigned to the client until the position is filled. Replacement guarantee is for 60 days and candidate exclusivity is guaranteed. Terms & conditions of priority search are:

• Exclusive 15 Step Search Process

• Service charge is 30% of the estimated first year's compensation including base salary
• Full payment due within 5 days of start date

• One free hour of video teleconferencing (for interviewing)

3. Contingency Search may be used for ongoing openings, which are not urgent in nature. This option is selected when a critical need does not exist and utilization for a particular profile is constant. Replacement guarantee is 30 days. No exclusivity of candidates is offered. Terms and conditions for contingency search are:

• 33 1/3% of estimated first year's compensation including base salary
• Full payment due within 5 days of start date

4. Client Services is a guaranteed option when your needs are for multiple candidates. A project team is selected to handle all openings simultaneously, insuring quality control standards that include the delivery of candidates in your time frame. Replacement guarantee is 60 days. Terms and conditions of project search are based on the difficulty of the search, the availability of candidates, time required for the process and the number of positions. This search will include our 15 step and search process. For example we have placed over 200 new employees with one international fortune 500 client in a short window of time.
