What Services Do We Provide the Clients?
We provide a back office/payroll function for employees who go onto our payroll whilst working for the client.
Temporary to Permanent is also a possibility and you control the permanent fee that will be charged at the end of the temporary period. The standard permanent Terms of Business, apply, it is at your discretion, how much of a reduction in the permanent fee that you grant your client. Naturally this tends to depend on the length of time that the candidate has been on the temporary contract before they go permanent. |
