How can you take advantage of Priority Search?
In a nutshell, Priority Search requires a fully refundable deposit of 1/3 of the estimated fee. Our standard fees are 33 1/3% of the candidate’s base salary upon hire.
For example:

The deposit will be held in a trust account until we either fulfill the terms of our contract by the search deadline, or we return the money if we do not (if you so desire).
Qualified candidates will be determined initially by:
- Your providing a written job description
- Our providing a written “white paper” that acknowledges the qualifications you are looking for and other nuances on your “perfect” candidate wish list.
- Your approving the "white paper".
- Our providing at least two “qualified” candidates (hopefully more).
- Your interviewing at least two candidates, whether by telephone, videoconference or face to face. (Or your actually hiring a candidate provided by me – if only one candidate is provided.)
Yosemite Partners - Priority Search projects will be handled by the Yosemite Partners division of MRI-Fresno. A portion of the proceeds from EVERY search will be donated to the Yosemite Fund and/or the Yosemite Association two non-profit organizations dedicated to programs and projects at one of the world’s most magnificent natural wonders.
