Engaged Services - Priority Search
Basically I will devote 100% of my commission time to your job specifications in finding you the best available candidates right now. I will send you, in writing, the bullet points you shared with me on this position for you to review. If you have left anything out, please add them to the ‘White Paper' and sign and return it ASAP. We need this to activate your high priority search.

- Guaranteed 2 qualified candidates in 30 days or less (negotiate what the client feels is the best time frame, they may want 21 days or 3 weeks).
- Exclusivity on the candidates for 30 days. Explain advantages too (I will not share other opportunities to confuse or distract the candidates away from your job).
- 60 day extended guarantee for unforeseen problems – Standard guarantee 30 days We will find 2 additional candidates that are qualified for you to interview if the first candidate does not work out as planned
- I will report my call activity and results each Friday in a phone report or email message, which ever you prefer.
- Basically I want to become your Staffing Partner in this important search.
- This agreement is also required when a National Search of our 900 MRI offices databases are necessary to complete the search promptly.
In order to activate this Priority Search Agreement we will need you to commit a small deposit of ¼ of the estimated total search fee. Our standard fee is 30% of the first years earnings so the deposit would be ¼ of the total fee. We will deduct the deposit from the final bill. You are only charged the original fee in the end.
You do realize several substantial benefits in this agreement. You basically are elevated to a ‘key account'. Boy do we service our ‘key accounts' too. Shall I send over the Priority Search Agreement and the White Paper now?
